The main raw material that we use for our ware manufacturing is alimentary aluminum.

Aluminum ingots are melted in melting ovens.

Every item is casted using permanent mold casting or manual spinning technique.

Is applied to delete the gate from the blank. Then the blank undergoes cleaning, grinding and shot blasting phases.

The surface item is coated with ground and the finishing layers using the method of spaying.

For polymerization of the applied non-stick coating the item is dried in oven at 425-435 °С.

Intensifies thermal conductivity of the item and allows to use this ware at glass-ceramic stoves.

The items are completed with lids, handles etc., packaged into transportation boxes and transferred to finished product storage.
